For those of you using the Facebook, did you know that any and all information you provide is being viewed by more people than you think? The Facebook freely cooperates with governments and federal law enforcement agencies to release requested information about its users. In fact, the Facebook has filed a patent detailing how to track users that are not logged into the site. This means the Facebook has found a method to continue collecting information from you even when you are not using the site.
Also, on or around January 19th, 2013, the Facebook added an update for all smartphones. If you read the permissions of this update you would know that you just consented to let the Facebook use your microphone and record with your camera anytime, without your confirmation.
So, if you want to use the Facebook just keep in mind that after typing in personal details and secrets, prepare to see that information follow you forever.
Should it ever come back to haunt you, you will have no one to blame but yourself......as you gave your consent to let them record anything at any time with your phone.

Oh yeah,
The facebook just added sleuthing to its array of data-mining capabilities. It now scans your posts and chats for any criminal activity. If the Facebook detects suspicious behavior, it flags the content and determines if further steps, such as informing the police, are required.
The Facebook's software also focuses on conversations between members who have a loose relationship on the social network. For example, if two users are not friends, only recently became friends, have no mutual friends, interact with each other very little, have a significant age difference, and/or are located far from each other, the tool pays particular attention and monitors the conversation for a length of time.

If you have the Facebook on your smartphone just look at the terms of service and you will find that you have given the Facebook permission to use your phone whenever they want to use it.......
